Our Create-able Water Device

WALT make a water device for the people in Africa. Mrs Richardson told us to research water devices for our creation. In our creation we needed:
  • Soap
  • Water
  • Something that can work in Africa
  • A container that will hold at least a liter of water
  • To be cost effective - People in Africa will not have much money
  • To have somewhere for the excess water to go
I know we have made a water device when we made it and it works. We found a terrific device that had the criteria. It was called a Tippy Tap. This is the Tippy Tap Room Five has made near the bottom court:

Our Educational Water in Africa Video

WALT teach people why clean water in Africa is important. We read a story of the Education in Africa and we have to retell the story by making a video. I know I have taught the people why clean water in Africa is important by making a video. This is a video me, Kolio, Ingrid, and Avishek made:

My Artistic Sea Creatures

WALT sketch sea animals using pastel and chalk. Mrs Richardson taught us how to sketch, shade, and blend with pencil and pastel. We used chalk to make the outline of the paper. Then we colored the sea creatures. Finally we dyed the paper. I know I have sketched sea animals using pastel and chalk by drawing a picture of the sea creatures. This is my picture of the sea creatures:

My Wave-some Presentation to Wash Hands

I know I taught people how to wash hands when I have shown them the right steps how to wash hands. This is a presentation Elaine, Anna and I made how to wash hands:
