Dear Mum,
Do you know me? I am your daughter,
Thank you for packing food and water.
For you, the one who gave birth to me,
Me being your first child, I feel special.
You brought me to school in 2008,
But I still need you, ‘cause sometimes I come late.
Mum, you are the greatest, the best of them all,
You taught me how to stand up, when I learned how to crawl.
I’m almost as tall as you mum, I love you from dawn til dusk,
I need you everyday, everyday is a must!
WALT show appreciation for those around us.
I know this when I write a thank you letter for my parents in my own words.
